Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible individual to fill the role of a full-time, 24-hour babysitter/nanny in Bhopal. Responsibilities:

1. Child Care:
   • Provide round-the-clock care for the child(ren), ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
   • Create and maintain a structured daily routine that includes educational, recreational, and restful activities.
   • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
2. Supervision:
   • Keep a watchful eye on the child(ren) during all activities, both indoors and outdoors.
   • Accompany the child(ren) to school, extracurricular activities, and appointments as required.
   • Monitor and manage playdates, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
3. Educational Engagement:
   • Facilitate age-appropriate educational activities and assist with homework and learning exercises.
   • Encourage the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills through interactive and stimulating play.
4. Household Management:
   • Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child(ren)'s care, such as tidying up play areas and doing their laundry.
   • Collaborate with the family to maintain a clean and organized living space.
5. Communication:
   • Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, providing regular updates on the child(ren)'s activities, progress, and any notable events.
   • Be receptive to feedback and actively participate in discussions related to the child(ren)'s upbringing.
6. Emergency Preparedness:
   • Possess the ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
   • Be familiar with basic first aid procedures and know emergency contacts and procedures.
7. Flexibility:
   • Adapt to the family's schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
   • Be willing to travel with the family for vacations or other engagements.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   • Proven experience as a babysitter/nanny, preferably in a 24-hour care setting.
   • Understanding of child development stages and age-appropriate activities.
2. Certifications:
   • Basic first aid and CPR certifications are highly desirable.
3. Education:
   • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in child development or related fields is a plus.
4. Personality Traits:
