Job Description:
The Japa Maid plays a crucial role in providing postnatal care and support to mothers and newborns within the comfort of their homes. This position requires a compassionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable in traditional postpartum practices and can cater to the unique needs of new mothers.
Responsibilities:
- Postnatal Care:
- Provide personalized postnatal care to new mothers, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer assistance with newborn care, including feeding, bathing, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Meal Preparation:
- Prepare nutritious and well-balanced meals for the mother, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Traditional Practices:
- Implement traditional postpartum practices, such as massage and herbal remedies, to support the mother's recovery.
- Household Support:
- Assist with light household chores, ensuring that the immediate living space is tidy and conducive to a peaceful environment.
- Education and Guidance:
- Educate mothers on postpartum care practices and guide newborn care, breastfeeding, and overall well-being.
- Emotional Support:
- Offer emotional support and companionship to the mother, creating a positive and reassuring atmosphere during the postpartum period.
- Communication:
- Maintain open and clear communication with the family to understand their specific needs and expectations.
- Adaptability:
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique requirements of each family, adjusting caregiving practices accordingly.
- Record Keeping:

- Professionalism:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Japa Maid or in a similar caregiving role, preferably with references.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different household environments.
