Role Overview: As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Serving as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Mediating conflicts and resolving employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Implementing policies and procedures to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs and coordinating the delivery of relevant programs.
- Developing career paths and succession plans to nurture talent within the organization.
- Monitoring employee performance and providing constructive feedback to support professional growth.
Benefits Administration:
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to benefits administration.
- Responding to employee inquiries and guiding benefit options and eligibility.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilizing HRIS tools to maintain accurate employee records and generate insightful reports.
- Analyzing workforce data to identify trends, measure key performance indicators, and inform decision-making.
- Making recommendations for process improvements and implementing innovative HR solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment (experienced candidates).
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software is preferred.
