Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Remote HR Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our HR processes are efficient and effective by leveraging technology. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Technology Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of HR technology systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, and employee self-service platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and system maintenance to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- System Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and lead the implementation of new HR systems and software.
- Provide project management support during system upgrades and integrations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- User Support and Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR technology-related inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting assistance to HR staff and employees.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency with HR systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into HR metrics, such as recruitment, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement through technology.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external HR technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and performance is monitored.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend new tools and technologies that align with organizational goals.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that HR technology systems comply with relevant labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
- Monitor system security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive employee information.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR technology with existing systems.
- Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with HR team members to understand their technology needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology or HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR technology tools; experience with specific platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
