HRIS Management & Optimization β
- Administer, configure, and enhance HR technology platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
- Integrate HR technology solutions with existing systems for optimal interoperability.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to identify system requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technology.
- Assess vendor solutions and recommend advanced technologies to improve HR functions.
Data & Analytics π
- Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize predictive analytics to enhance workforce planning and optimize HR strategies.
Process Automation & Efficiency βοΈ
- Create automated workflows to streamline HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
- Implement AI-powered solutions like chatbots and predictive analytics to improve HR efficiencies.
- Evaluate and enhance process automation strategies to maximize productivity and reduce manual efforts.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and proactively troubleshoot system inefficiencies.

- Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Serve as a key resource for HR teams and employees regarding technology usage.
- Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to enhance HR system utilization.
