Budget Oversight and Vendor Coordination
- Maintain detailed budget tracking sheets for each event, identifying areas for cost optimization without compromising quality.

- Coordinate the delivery of branded collateral, swag boxes, printed kits, or other physical items to remote attendees when applicable.
