Essential Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years managing technology programs or large-scale projects
  • Proven record leading distributed virtual teams across time zones
  • Experience with enterprise software, cloud transformation, or infrastructure modernization
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, technical planning, and resource allocation
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks and remote collaboration best practices
  • Comfortable with asynchronous and synchronous communication
  • High proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and G Suite
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities
