4. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Generate financial reports and present findings to management.
5. Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits. Address audit queries and implement audit recommendations.
6. Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Verify employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Additional certifications like CA, CMA, or CPA are a plus.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome with a strong academic background in accounting. Experienced candidates should have proven experience in accounting roles.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
