Role Overview:

As an accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. Ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities. Monitor variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and reviews.
5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Support management in decision-making processes by providing relevant financial information.
6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial management (for Experienced candidates).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
