Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Management: Maintain and organize financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and tax documents.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
3. Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
4. Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation and filing activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting process and provide financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
7. Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Experience: Freshers with a strong academic background in accounting are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
