About the Role: As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with our finance team to support decision-making processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns, VAT/GST calculations, and liaising with tax authorities.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in financial procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates should have at least X years of relevant accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
