Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all financial transactions.

- Record debits, credits, and all relevant financial data into the accounting system.
- General Ledger Management:
- Update and maintain the general ledger.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts.
- Ensure accurate posting of all journal entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and present findings to management for decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budgets, providing insights into financial performance.

- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure the company complies with all tax regulations and filings.
- Prepare and submit timely GST, TDS, and other tax returns.

- Internal Controls and Audits:

- Vendor and Client Management:
- Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
