2. Access Control: Regulate entry and exit points, verifying the identity of individuals entering ATM sites. Enforce access protocols and challenge unauthorized personnel as per security procedures.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or distress calls, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
4. Cash Escort: Accompany cash-in-transit vehicles during ATM replenishment and assist in the secure transfer of funds between vehicles and ATM terminals. Exercise caution and adherence to protocols during cash-handling procedures.
5. Customer Assistance: Provide courteous and helpful assistance to ATM users, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through any technical issues or concerns they may encounter.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and security-related activities by promptly documenting them in written reports. Ensure that all incidents are reported to the appropriate authorities and management.
7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with law enforcement agencies, ATM service providers, and other stakeholders to enhance security measures and address potential vulnerabilities effectively.
8. Risk Assessment: Conduct routine inspections of ATM equipment and surroundings to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities. Take proactive measures to address any identified weaknesses and ensure compliance with security standards.
9. Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your proficiency in security procedures, emergency response protocols, and conflict resolution techniques.

Requirements:
