About the Role:

1. Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the security of ATMs. Utilize surveillance equipment effectively to monitor the premises for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access.
2. Access Control: Control access to ATM sites by verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises. Enforce access policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain the integrity of the security perimeter.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, or medical emergencies. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of patrons and assets.
4. Customer Assistance: Provide assistance and support to ATM users as needed, including helping with transactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
