Need Full-time Babysitter

Location: Hazaribagh, Jharkhand

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10 hours on duty)

We are seeking a reliable and responsible female babysitter to provide dedicated care for our 7-month-old infant in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will be playful, friendly, and possess the skills necessary to ensure the well-being and happiness of our precious little one.

Job Description:

As a full-time babysitter, your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and loving care to our 7-month-old infant during the specified hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will need to have a genuine love for children and a keen understanding of their developmental needs. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Playful Interaction: Engage in age-appropriate and stimulating activities to promote the infant's cognitive and motor skills development. Create a playful and joyful environment to keep the baby entertained throughout the day.
2. Feeding: Prepare and feed the infant with the provided formula or baby food. Knowledge of proper feeding techniques and the ability to adapt to the baby's feeding preferences is crucial.
3. Soothing Techniques: Possess a variety of tricks and techniques to soothe a fussy baby. Comfort the infant during nap times and provide a calm and reassuring presence.
4. Bathing and Oil Massaging: Safely bathe the baby and perform oil massages as required. Ensure a gentle and caring approach, considering the baby's comfort and safety at all times.
5. Bottle Sterilization: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sterilizing feeding bottles, pacifiers, and other related items. Follow proper sterilization procedures to ensure the baby's health and safety.
6. Diaper Changing: Regularly check and change diapers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized diaper-changing area and dispose of diapers in a sanitary manner.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Keep a watchful eye on the infant's activities and behaviors. Report any concerns or changes in the baby's health or behavior to the parents promptly.
8. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the parents regarding the baby's daily activities, feedings, naps, and any other notable events.
9. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the baby's care, such as tidying up the nursery, washing the baby's clothes, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in caring for infants.
• Knowledge of infant care, including feeding, diapering, and bathing.
• Playful and engaging personality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to the baby's schedule and needs.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be physically able to perform tasks related to infant care.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
