Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. Whether it's answering questions, troubleshooting technical problems, or processing orders, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat courteously and professionally. Listen attentively to their concerns, empathize with their situations, and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  2. Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems effectively and efficiently, utilizing available resources and escalation procedures when necessary. Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly to their satisfaction.
  3. Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls as required. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order status, billing, and technical support.
  4. Document Interactions: Accurately record details of customer interactions and transactions in the designated systems. Maintain thorough and organized records to facilitate follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
  5. Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and adherence to schedules. Strive to continuously improve performance through ongoing training and feedback.
  6. Stay Updated: Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to better serve customers and provide relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age, with no upper age limit (both fresher and experienced candidates welcome)
  • Gender inclusive - open to all genders
  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
