🌼 Childcare & Supervision

• Provide attentive and caring supervision for children aged 1.5 to 5 years
• Ensure safety and well-being during play, meals, and rest time
• Support children with daily routines, such as eating, using the restroom, and sleeping

🎨 Activity Assistance

• Help organize fun and educational activities
• Encourage creativity through arts and crafts, games, and storytelling
• Assist teachers in classroom management during structured learning times

🪩 Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness in play and activity areas
• Help children develop good hygiene habits
• Follow safety protocols and ensure emergency readiness

📊 Communication & Feedback

• Share observations about children's behavior and progress with teachers and management
• Professionally interact with parents during drop-offs and pick-ups

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

🏅 Education

• Minimum: 10th or 12th Pass
• Training in childcare or early learning programs (preferred)

💼 Experience

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in babysitting, daycare, or play school environments
• Experience with toddlers and preschool children is an advantage

• Clear communication in Hindi and basic English
