Job Overview:

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the planning, design, and construction of various infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and plan civil engineering projects. Utilize cutting-edge software and technologies to create detailed designs, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
2. Construction Management: Take charge of project execution from inception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.
3. Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Develop accurate project budgets and cost estimates based on thorough analysis of materials, labor, and other resources. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on project quality or safety standards.
4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure seamless project execution.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and standards. Ensure all projects comply with legal requirements and obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff. Foster a collaborative work environment where ideas are exchanged freely, and creativity is encouraged.
7. Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and managing expectations effectively. Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred for senior roles.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, construction management, or related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, and MS Project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
