Cook Required for Home in Bengaluru

We are seeking a skilled and reliable cook to join our household in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a variety of dishes, including Indian and international cuisines, and will be responsible for meal planning, cooking, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring high-quality and flavorful dishes.
• Plan weekly menus based on family preferences and dietary needs, including any special requests or restrictions.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including purchasing and storing ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Handle all aspects of food preparation, from chopping and seasoning to cooking and plating.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage.
• Assist with special occasions and events as needed, preparing additional meals or dishes for gatherings.
• Adapt to changing meal preferences and dietary requirements as directed by family members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook or chef in a residential setting or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Ability to prepare both traditional and contemporary dishes with skill and creativity.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional changes in schedule or meal requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in culinary arts is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a similar role in Bengaluru or a similar environment is advantageous.
