Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Staffing Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to design and implement digital staffing solutions that align with organizational goals.
    • Leverage technology platforms and automation tools to streamline talent acquisition and workforce planning processes.
    • Identify and implement innovative digital staffing strategies, ensuring the best use of software, AI tools, and platforms for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.
  2. Workforce Data Analysis:
    • Analyze workforce data and trends to predict staffing needs and optimize the recruitment process.
    • Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of current staffing strategies and tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to staffing efficiency, time-to-hire, and talent retention.
  3. Technology Integration:
    • Stay up to date with emerging digital staffing technologies and platforms, ensuring the organization remains competitive in its hiring strategies.
    • Lead the integration of staffing technologies with existing HR systems and platforms.
    • Provide technical support and training to HR and recruitment teams on new digital tools and systems.
  4. Candidate Experience Optimization:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process using digital tools.
    • Ensure that all digital staffing initiatives focus on creating a seamless, user-friendly experience for candidates, from application through onboarding.

  5. Vendor and Tool Management:
    • Manage relationships with third-party staffing solution providers, ensuring the organization is leveraging the best tools and technologies for digital recruitment.
    • Evaluate and recommend vendors, platforms, and tools that enhance the staffing process, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
    • Ensure all digital staffing tools comply with organizational data privacy policies and legal requirements.
  6. Talent Acquisition Support:
    • Provide support to the talent acquisition team by enhancing the use of digital tools for sourcing and screening candidates.
    • Automate repetitive tasks, such as resume screening, to allow recruiters to focus on higher-value activities.
    • Work closely with recruiters to optimize the digital recruitment funnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR operations with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Experience with workforce data analytics and HR technology platforms (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HRIS, recruitment marketing platforms).
  • Strong technical proficiency in digital staffing tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate and manage multiple systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
