3. Leave Management: The driver is entitled to four leave days, and Sundays are considered non-working days. Leave requests should be communicated in advance, ensuring minimal disruption to the transportation services.
4. No Extra Charges: Our company believes in transparency, and therefore, there are no additional charges for out-of-station visits, night shifts, or other related services. The agreed monthly salary includes all aspects of the driver's responsibilities.
5. Salary Increment: Upon completing 11 months with the company, there will be an opportunity for a salary increment based on performance and dedication to the role.
