Job Description:

As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers or goods from one location to another. Your primary duties will include:

3. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel for repair or maintenance.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients by maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and any special needs they may have during the journey.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities. Complete necessary paperwork, such as trip logs and inspection reports, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
6. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, safety protocols, and passenger/customer interactions. Follow instructions from supervisors or dispatchers regarding specific assignments or instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.
• Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations or accidents.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and routes within the assigned area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to sit for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting luggage or packages.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not required for experienced candidates.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test, if applicable.
