Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

🎯 Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, organizational development, or internal communications.
• Proven ability to create and implement successful engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fostering positive workplace relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess engagement data and recommend actionable solutions.
