- Develop and execute employee lifecycle strategies, from onboarding to offboarding, that leave a lasting emotional impact
- Design engaging digital events and culture campaigns that strengthen internal connections and reduce remote isolation
- Analyze touchpoints and experience data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction.
Fuel Engagement with Data-Driven Empathy
- Partner with People Analytics to uncover actionable insights from surveys, feedback tools, and exit interviews
- Use storytelling to turn numbers into narratives and make employee experience more than just a metric.
Boost Belonging and Inclusion
- Collaborate with DEI leaders to design programs that amplify underrepresented voices in a virtual workspace
