About the Role

As our Remote Employee Experience Director, you will shape and implement progressive employee engagement practices designed to uplift, include, and inspire. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute inclusive employee experience strategies that foster engagement, promote equity, and enhance well-being.
  • Partner with leadership and People teams to embed empathy into workplace programs, communication, and processes.

DEI-Centered Initiatives

  • Design DEI-informed programs that celebrate diverse backgrounds and promote equal opportunity for growth.
  • Lead virtual employee engagement campaigns, feedback cycles, and recognition programs with cultural sensitivity.

Analytics and Program Evaluation

  • Analyze engagement and retention data to design people-first interventions with measurable outcomes.
  • Establish cross-functional councils to champion accessibility, mental health, and inclusive leadership.

Internal Branding and Communication

  • Collaborate on internal branding to reflect a unified, respectful, and inspiring employer identity.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills tailored for remote and hybrid audiences
  • Experience managing complex projects across multicultural teams and time zones
  • Ability to design psychologically safe environments and resilience-building initiatives
