4. Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the production process to ensure the quality and integrity of the designs are maintained throughout.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and production to align design objectives with business goals.

Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Creativity and talent are valued above all.
