Job Description:

As a Full-Day Nanny, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and safe environment for our daughter. Your primary duty will be to engage her in various playway activities that promote her physical, emotional, and intellectual development. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can create a stimulating and educational atmosphere for our child while ensuring her well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Childcare: Your primary responsibility will be to care for our daughter, ensuring her safety and well-being throughout the day.
2. Playway Activities: Engage our daughter in a variety of age-appropriate playway activities, including games, creative arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play.
3. Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for our daughter. Ensure she follows a healthy eating schedule.
4. Educational Support: Foster a love for learning by providing educational support, assisting with homework, and encouraging curiosity.
5. Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our child, including diaper changes, potty training, and regular handwashing.
6. Transportation: If necessary, accompany our daughter to school or extracurricular activities using safe and reliable transportation.
7. Bedtime Routine: Establish and maintain a consistent bedtime routine to ensure our daughter gets enough rest.
8. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the child's care, such as washing dishes, doing the child's laundry, and tidying up her play area.
9. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with us, the parents, regarding our child's daily activities, needs, and any concerns.
10. Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to handle minor first aid and respond to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• A genuine love for children and a passion for their well-being.
• Prior experience in childcare, preferably as a nanny or babysitter.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage children in fun and educational play.
• Basic understanding of first aid and child safety.
• Strong communication skills.
• A valid government-issued ID and background check are required.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the candidate, but it is important to be flexible to accommodate the needs of our child.

Salary and Benefits:
