Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
• Provide wound care and other medical treatments as required.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare providers regarding care plans and patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license and certification in Bengaluru.
• Proven experience as a home nurse or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures and patient care techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from the patient’s home.
