Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This remote position requires an individual who is passionate about optimizing HR processes and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making. As an HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Develop and maintain regular reports for HR leadership and stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
    • Create dashboards to visualize key performance indicators related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  2. HR Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with HR team members to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
    • Conduct benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitive HR practices.
  3. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes.
    • Support talent acquisition efforts by providing insights on candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
    • Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
  4. Compensation and Benefits Analysis:
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
    • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
    • Analyze data related to employee compensation, turnover, and satisfaction to recommend changes and improvements.
  5. Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Analyze employee engagement survey results and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Monitor and report on employee turnover trends, conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify root causes.
  6. Compliance and Record Keeping:
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation under company policies and legal requirements.
    • Assist in preparing reports for audits and regulatory compliance purposes.
  7. Project Management:
    • Participate in HR projects, such as system implementations, process redesigns, and employee training initiatives.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
    • Document project progress and outcomes, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data effectively to various audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
