Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various channels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development. Establish clear performance objectives, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations in alignment with organizational goals. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Conduct salary benchmarking, analyze compensation trends, and make recommendations for competitive compensation packages. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Compliance and Legal Matters: Stay abreast of employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain legal compliance. Handle employee documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other HR records.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Monitor employee morale and identify opportunities to improve the overall employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing employee issues and concerns.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR-related tools and systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
