Role Overview:
As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting the development of our most valuable asset โ our people. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce. Identify training needs, develop training materials, and coordinate training sessions to support the professional growth of our employees.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits programs. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources management, with a minimum of [X] years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
