HRIS Optimization and Maintenance

  • Design dashboards and tailored reporting suites to support strategic decisions

Data-Driven Insights and Innovation

  • Apply trend forecasting models and machine learning algorithms to human capital metrics
  • Work with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to extract actionable workforce intelligence
  • Deploy experimentation methods to validate new HR software implementations

Digital Tools for Talent Engagement

  • Enable automation in feedback loops, onboarding workflows, and talent reviews

Risk Management and Compliance
