Location: Remote
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our remote team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position involves working closely with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that our HR systems support our organizational goals and enhance the efficiency of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management and Optimization:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.
- Configure HRIS modules and workflows to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Perform regular system audits and troubleshooting to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new features and functionalities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze standard ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor HR performance and system usage.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis to improve HR operations.
- User Support and Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and technical support.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for HR staff and end-users.
- Assist users in navigating the HRIS and resolving system-related issues.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful project execution and system enhancements.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure the HRIS complies with relevant data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
- Monitor and address potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the system.
- System Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the HRIS with other organizational systems (e.g., payroll, and benefits administration).
- Manage data transfers and system integrations to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy.
- Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the HRIS remains competitive and functional.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, including experience with system administration and data analysis.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with project management and leading system-related initiatives.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in HRIS security.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HRIS or related fields (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional).
- Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
- Previous experience with system integrations and data migration projects.
