Position Overview: As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and providing support across various functions. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, you will be instrumental in creating an environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner while upholding company policies and values.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and support employees in their professional development journey.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, update HR policies and procedures as needed, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, administer benefits, and handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
