Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process to ensure the right fit for each role.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to key team members.
    • Provide guidance and support to new employees to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles and the organization.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Administer performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to support continuous growth and development.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
  6. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (for experienced candidates).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (for freshers).
  • Prior experience in HR roles is preferred but not required for freshers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
