Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paralysis Patient Attendant to provide exceptional care to a paralysis patient in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The patient requires round-the-clock support, and we are looking for an individual who is committed to improving the patient's quality of life. As an attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the patient's well-being and comfort.

Position Summary:

The Paralysis Patient Attendant will be responsible for all aspects of patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications and nutrition, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring the patient's overall comfort and safety. This position requires a caring and attentive individual who can provide not only physical support but also emotional support to the patient.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical Care: The attendant will be responsible for monitoring the patient's vital signs, including checking blood pressure and heart rate regularly. Administering prescribed medications and assisting with any medical procedures as required.
2. Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and ensure the patient's dietary requirements are met. Administer medication as needed, including injections or other forms of medication.
3. Personal Hygiene: Assist the patient with bathing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. Change the patient's clothes, diapers, and bedding as necessary.
4. Mobility Support: Help the patient with mobility and transferring from the bed to a wheelchair, commode, or other necessary positions. Ensure the patient's comfort and safety during these transitions.
5. Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support to the patient. Engage in conversations, and activities, and offer a compassionate presence to help alleviate feelings of isolation.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of the patient's health, including any changes in condition, medication administration, and vital sign measurements.
7. Household Tasks: Perform light household tasks related to the patient's care, such as keeping the patient's living space clean and organized.
8. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to any medical emergencies or unexpected changes in the patient's condition.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or patient attendant roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and the ability to administer medication.
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support to the patient.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the patient and their family.
• Empathy, understanding, and the ability to create a comfortable environment for the patient.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, and the Paralysis Patient Attendant will be required to work around the clock, following a predetermined schedule. Shifts may vary, and flexibility is essential.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is ₹18,000 per month. Compensation details can be discussed further during the interview process.
