  • Design and lead virtual workshops on leadership, DEI, communication, psychological safety, and emotional intelligence

  • Assess and refine individual development plans (IDPs) using insights from behavioral assessments and client goals
  • Recommend books, articles, tools, and exercises that elevate self-awareness and strategic thinking
