- Develop and implement forward-thinking L&D strategies to upskill employees at all levels.

๐ Technology-Driven Learning
- To increase engagement, leverage state-of-the-art LMS, AI-powered learning tools, and gamification techniques.
- Integrate digital solutions such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and adaptive learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Implement mobile learning strategies to support remote and hybrid employees.
๐ Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness.
- Monitor learning trends to identify gaps and optimize future initiatives.
- Collect feedback through surveys and assessments to refine learning programs.
๐ Content Development
- Design impactful learning materials, including e-learning courses, virtual workshops, and interactive content.
- Develop a knowledge-sharing ecosystem through video tutorials, webinars, and self-paced courses.
- Establish comprehensive training roadmaps for employees across career levels and departments.
๐ Collaboration & Coaching
- Work with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and provide customized training solutions.
- Conduct coaching sessions and mentorship programs to support employee development.
- Collaborate with HR to create leadership training programs that prepare employees for management roles.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance L&D strategies.
- Experiment with modern learning methodologies, including microlearning, social learning, and experiential training.
- Perform regular evaluations of existing programs to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
๐ฏ Qualifications
โ Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Masterโs in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certifications in instructional design, e-learning development, or learning technology are advantages.
โ Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a tech-driven organization.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale training initiatives and enterprise-wide learning programs.
โ Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in modern e-learning platforms like Moodle, TalentLMS, or Cornerstone.
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven learning tools, VR training, and adaptive learning technologies.
- Experience in data analytics using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.

- Strong project management abilities with expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design with a focus on engaging and interactive content creation.
