Job Description:

3. Client Consultation: Interacting with clients to understand their legal needs and providing effective solutions and recommendations. Building strong client relationships based on trust, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Court Representation: Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations. Advocating on behalf of clients and presenting compelling arguments based on thorough preparation and legal expertise.
5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other members of the legal team and interdisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service. Sharing knowledge and expertise to support the professional growth of colleagues.
7. Continuing Professional Development: Staying abreast of legal developments, trends, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development activities. Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law that may impact clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution. Additional certifications or specializations are a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software applications.
