Job Responsibilities:

As a Domestic Help, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Household Cleaning: Ensuring that the house is clean and well-maintained. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning all areas of the house, including bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.
2. Laundry: Managing laundry by washing, folding, and ironing clothes, ensuring that they are organized and put away neatly.
3. Cooking: Preparing basic meals and snacks for the family. Knowledge of local cuisine is a plus but not mandatory.
4. Childcare: Looking after a child, ensuring their safety, feeding, and engaging them in age-appropriate activities. You should be kind, patient, and willing to foster a nurturing environment for the child.
5. Grocery Shopping: Purchasing groceries and household supplies as needed.
6. Organization: Maintaining a well-organized and clutter-free household.
7. Occasional Errands: Running errands as requested by the family, such as picking up or dropping off items.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Previous experience in domestic work, cleaning, and childcare is preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and adapt to the family's requirements is essential.
• A caring and patient nature, especially when it comes to looking after the child.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep the household in order.
• Good communication skills to understand and follow instructions from the family.
• Honesty and reliability are highly valued in this role.
• Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Non-smoker preferred.

The working hours for this position will be discussed with the selected candidate. The family is flexible and is willing to accommodate a schedule that works for both parties.

Salary:

The selected Domestic Help will receive a competitive salary of ₹11,000 per month, in addition to a warm and supportive family environment.
