Job Description:

Position: Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and test mechanical systems and products. Utilize CAD software and other tools to create detailed designs that meet project specifications.
2. Analysis and Optimization: Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize mechanical components and systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Prototyping and Testing: Build prototypes and conduct thorough testing to evaluate the functionality, durability, and safety of mechanical designs. Analyze test data and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
4. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including technical drawings, reports, and manuals to communicate design specifications and instructions effectively.
5. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering technologies and methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry guidelines throughout the design and development process. Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Experience: Experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing is preferred for experienced candidates. Fresher candidates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant internships/co-op experiences are encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA analysis tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection is desirable.
