Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or related field preferred. However, candidates with relevant certifications or diplomas will also be considered.
- Certifications: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or similar certifications are preferred for experienced candidates. Training will be provided for freshers.
- Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes. Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and documentation.
