Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in microbiological techniques, including but not limited to microbial culturing, isolation, identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and analytical tools commonly used in microbiology research, such as PCR, ELISA, and next-generation sequencing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
