Full-Time Nanny for 1-Year-Old Child

Job Responsibilities:

1. Child Care:
   • Provide attentive and loving care to our 1-year-old child.
   • Create a safe and stimulating environment for the child's growth and development.
   • Change diapers, prepare and feed meals, and ensure the child's basic needs are met.
   • Engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to foster intellectual and social development.
   • Maintain a consistent daily routine to promote stability and comfort for the child.
2. Safety and Hygiene:
   • Ensure the child's safety at all times, implementing childproofing measures as needed.
   • Keep the child's living and play areas clean and organized.
   • Practice good hygiene habits and teach the child basic personal care routines.
3. Communication:
   • Maintain open and transparent communication with the parents regarding the child's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns.
   • Provide regular updates on the child's well-being, including sleep patterns, meals, and activities.
4. Transportation:
   • Accompany the child on outings, such as walks or visits to the park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
   • If needed, transport the child to and from appointments or activities.
5. Sleep Routine:
   • Establish and maintain a consistent sleep routine for the child.
   • Monitor the child during naps and bedtime to ensure a peaceful sleep.
6. Light Housekeeping:
   • Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child's care, such as washing bottles, doing the child's laundry, and keeping play areas tidy.
7. Flexibility:
   • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate the family's schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   • Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, with a focus on infants and toddlers.
   • Familiarity with child development milestones and age-appropriate activities.
2. Education:
   • A background in early childhood education or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Certifications:
   • CPR and First Aid certifications for infants and children are highly desirable.
4. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi, both verbal and written.
   • Ability to provide clear and timely updates to parents.
5. References:
   • Provide at least two professional references attesting to your childcare experience and reliability.
