Job Description:

Are you an experienced and nurturing caregiver with a passion for infant care? We are in search of a dedicated Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our 3-month-old daughter in Nagpur. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to ensuring the safety, well-being, and healthy development of our child.

Position Summary:

As a Nanny for Infant Care, your primary responsibility will be to provide a loving and secure environment for our infant. Your role is to nurture her physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will be an integral part of her early life, and your care will shape her future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infant Care: Attend to the basic needs of the infant, including feeding, diaper changes, and ensuring a consistent nap schedule.
2. Feeding: Prepare and feed formula or breastmilk and introduce solid foods as per our guidance.
3. Hygiene: Maintain excellent hygiene for the baby, including bathing, changing, and dressing her.
4. Engagement: Provide age-appropriate stimulation, interaction, and play to encourage the infant's cognitive and emotional development.
5. Safety: Ensure a safe environment at all times, childproofing areas, and closely monitoring the baby.
6. Sleep Routine: Establish and maintain a regular sleep routine for the baby to promote healthy growth.
7. Healthcare: Monitor the infant's health and promptly report any concerns or changes to us.
8. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties related to the infant's care, such as cleaning bottles and baby laundry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in infant care and a strong understanding of infant developmental needs.
• Knowledge of infant CPR and basic first aid is highly desirable.
• Patience, gentleness, and the ability to create a secure and nurturing environment for the child.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with both the child and parents.
• Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness are essential.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, as the infant's needs may vary. Flexibility to accommodate the baby's schedule is crucial.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is ₹10,000 per month. Compensation details can be discussed further during the interview process.
