Job Description:
Naukri Mitra is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny for a full-time position in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, a nurturing personality, and the ability to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing, and potty training.
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities to promote their development.
- Help with homework and support school activities.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Manage children’s schedules, including appointments, playdates, and extracurricular activities.
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as cleaning play areas and laundry.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster a positive and loving environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a nanny, childcare provider, or in a similar role.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to the family’s needs.
- A background check and references will be required.
