Need Full-Time Live-In Maid

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy live-in maid to join our family and take charge of the household responsibilities. This is a 24-hour position that involves managing various tasks related to housekeeping, ensuring a clean and organized living space, and occasionally engaging with our elder child for short periods.

Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping:
   • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain a pristine living environment.
   • Ensure all rooms are organized, and belongings are neatly arranged.
   • Laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes.
2. Meal Preparation:
   • Plan and prepare nutritious meals for the family.
   • Adhere to any dietary preferences or restrictions provided.
3. Childcare:
   • Engage with our elder child during specific periods, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
   • Assist with homework and educational activities as needed.
   • Maintain a caring and supportive environment for the child's well-being.
4. Errand Running:
   • Responsible for grocery shopping and other household errands.
   • Keep track of household supplies and inform when replenishments are needed.
5. Pet Care:
   • If applicable, assist with basic care for any pets in the household.
6. Communication:
   • Maintain open and transparent communication with the family regarding daily activities, concerns, or any specific requirements.
7. Flexibility:
   • Be adaptable to changes in the family's schedule and needs.
   • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if required.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   • Proven experience in housekeeping and childcare.
   • Familiarity with household chores and the ability to manage them efficiently.
2. Trustworthiness:
   • Must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality.
3. Communication Skills:
   • Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
   • Ability to follow instructions and provide updates on daily activities.
4. Initiative:
   • Take initiative in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.
5. Patience and Understanding:
   • Patience in dealing with children and the ability to create a positive and nurturing environment.
6. References:
   • Provide references from previous employers if possible.
