Key Contributions to the Organization

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

Risk Assessment & Management

Policy Development & Implementation

✅ Design and update compliance policies tailored to digital operations. ✅ Ensure policies align with international and regional standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy laws. ✅ Work closely with legal and IT teams to integrate compliance-focused technology solutions. ✅ Educate employees on policy adherence to ensure smooth implementation.

Audit & Compliance Monitoring

✅ Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies. ✅ Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and findings. ✅ Generate reports detailing compliance status for stakeholders and regulatory agencies. ✅ Implement continuous compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to policies.

Training & Awareness

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background & Certifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 📜 Professional certifications in compliance (CCP, CRCM, or equivalent) are highly recommended.

Professional Experience & Expertise

📊 Minimum 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal oversight, or risk management. 🖥️ Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity laws, data privacy regulations, and governance frameworks. 📌 Strong understanding of regional and international compliance mandates. 📋 Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) laws, fraud prevention measures, and financial compliance. 📈 Familiarity with compliance software, risk management platforms, and monitoring tools.
