✅ Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Create and implement targeted hiring plans to fulfill hiring needs.

  • Screen candidates through phone and video interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create precise job descriptions and define role-specific requirements.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

✅ Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

  • Enhance employer branding by promoting company values, work culture, and growth opportunities.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

✔ Experience & Expertise

  • 3-5 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job posting platforms.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive abilities to foster meaningful candidate relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects while working independently in a remote setting.

✔ Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
