Key Responsibilities

Course Development & Instructional Design

• ✨ Design and storyboard compelling online courses using evidence-based instructional strategies
• 📊 Apply principles of adult learning and cognitive psychology to improve learner retention
• 🔹 Build self-paced, instructor-led, or hybrid course modules tailored to diverse audiences
• 🧨 Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into accessible learning paths

Content Creation & Multimedia Integration

• 🌟 Create visually engaging slide decks, interactive quizzes, simulations, and animations
• 📹 Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, and Vyond to enhance user engagement
• 🎬 Incorporate voiceovers, background music, and subtitles for accessibility and inclusive design
• 🧵 Develop downloadable assets including worksheets, infographics, and cheat sheets
• 🧠 Embed gamification principles to boost motivation and course completion rates

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• 🔑 Upload and manage content on platforms such as Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, or TalentLMS
• 🌐 Track learner progress using LMS analytics and generate actionable reports
• ⚖️ Ensure course compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and ADA accessibility standards
• 🗂 Maintain and update course materials regularly to reflect changes in subject matter or instructional design standards

Continuous Improvement & Iteration
