Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Learning Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our online learning programs. Key Responsibilities

1. Program Development and Management:

• Lead the design and development of online courses and learning programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful program delivery.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Implement assessment and evaluation strategies to measure program effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and refine online programs based on feedback, data analysis, and emerging educational trends.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with faculty, students, and industry partners.
• Communicate program goals, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings.
• Advocate for learners’ needs and interests in program development and decision-making processes.

4. Technology Integration:

• Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools for online learning and recommend appropriate solutions for program enhancement.
• Collaborate with IT and technical support teams to ensure a seamless user experience for learners.
• Train faculty and staff on the effective use of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools.

5. Research and Innovation:

• Research current trends in online education and learning methodologies to inform program improvements.
• Pilot innovative approaches to enhance learner engagement and retention, including gamification, adaptive learning, and competency-based education.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across programs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online learning program management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing educational projects from conception to implementation.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and online learning best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
